Kmart will not accept “FREE product” (no purchase required) print-at-home coupons.

Kmart will accept BOGO free internet coupons.

Kmart store coupons are like Walgreens! You only have to scan one, and it will take off the amount for up to 5 that you purchase in the same transaction.

Catalinas will be triggered when you buy certain items, but you can’t use that catalina to pay for an item from the same manufacturer and have another catalina print *unless* the catalina that is supposed to print is for a different amount then the catalina you used to pay for the item! Some Kmart Super Coupons say they can’t be stacked with manufacturer coupons, others don’t say this. So it just depends on the coupon whether you can stack it with a manufacturer one or not

Kmart’s Print-at-Home Internet Coupon Acceptance Policy 2012
Effective March 1, 2009 , Kmart will accept industry-standard, secure print-at-home coupons. This will provide additional benefits and incentives to our customers to help them save their money at Kmart.

Due to the continuing shift in utilizing online facilities, allowing the redemption of print at home coupons is becoming a larger more important aspect to the budget wise customer. But there is a significant risk in fraudulent alerted coupons. It is critical that the following guidelines be understood and followed to identify coupons that will not be accepted by the Kmart register operators.

• Kmart can only accept print-at-home coupons if they scan properly at checkout.
• Legitimate printable coupons are delivered using special software designed to print a properly rendered barcode on the coupon and limit the number of coupons printed. If the coupon dos not scan properly it cannot be accepted
• Kmart will not accept coupons for more than about 75% of a product’s value.
• For example, a $2 off coupon for a product that sells for $2.25 is unlikely to be legitimate. If there are exceptions, Kmart is usually provided advance notice by the manufacturer.
• Coupons will be rejected if they appear distorted or blurry, altered in any way, or are obvious duplicates.
• Kmart will not accept ” FREE product” (no purchase required) print-at-home coupons.
• It is currently an industry practice not to produce print-at-home manufacturer’s coupons for free product. Buy-one-get-one-free coupons and other values that have a purchase requirement are acceptable.

Here are the rules for the $1 double coupon days every Wed. & Sat:

• Kmart will double up to $1 manufacturer’s coupons – on Wednesdays and Saturdays ONLY! $1 coupon = $2 off!

• Limit 5 coupons per day

• You may only purchase 4 of the same item using double coupons

• Only 1 coupon will be doubled per item.

• You must scan your shop your way rewards card to get your coupons doubled

• You must have a minimum of $25 in groceries, household items (dog food, paper towels etc..) and/or pharmacy items before coupons are scanned in order for them to be doubled.

• Kmart won’t give you overage. If you have a $1.94 item and use $1/1 coupon, the coupon will double to take $1.94 off total, not $2 off.

Here’s the rules for $.99 double coupon policy (these will be in their ads and are only on certain weeks)

• Kmart will double up to $.99 manufacturer’s coupons!
  $0.25 = $0.50
  $0.50 = $1.00
  $0.75 = $1.50
  $1.00 = $1.00
• Only 1 coupon will be doubled per item.
• You must scan your shop your way rewards card to get your coupons doubled
• Kmart won’t give you overage.

• Look for a Super Coupon book at the Customer Service desk. The Super Coupons CAN be combined with manufacturer coupons.
• Kmart Store Coupons – called “super coupons” can’t be doubled. But stack them with a manufacturer coupon and double it and wow you’ve got a cuckoo deal.
• $5 off $50 Kmart in-store purchase coupon via email when you sign up for their mailing list.
